Having trouble with location, search or directions?
Check location access, connectivity and installed map services.
Current position and distance
Check location access for Stops & Stories in iOS Settings and make sure system location is available. The app uses foreground location, does not request Always access and does not record background trails. Distance filters need an available location or a specified starting point.
Place search and directions
Check your connection and the relevant map service. Directions support Apple Maps, Google Maps, Amap and Baidu Maps, depending on installed apps and availability.
If the wheel has no candidates, relax status, distance, category or tag filters. It only picks from saved places. See places and Spin & Go.
