The answer
No account is required. Stops & Stories is designed as a one-time purchase with the full app, no subscription or ads, and ongoing updates. It is currently in TestFlight testing. The future App Store listing will show the final price and purchase terms.
Downloading again
Use the official entry in the download section. Once released, purchases and redownloads are managed through your Apple Account and the App Store. Downloading the app again does not restore your memories. Back up first when changing phones.
