Why are HTML images or videos missing?
Check archive extraction, media folders and preview compatibility.
Extract the whole archive
Extract the entire ZIP into one folder and open its index.html in a desktop browser. Sending only the HTML file, moving media folders or opening the page inside the archive can leave resources missing.
Video previews have compatibility limits
If a compatible browser preview cannot be generated for a video or Live Photo, retained paired files remain available. Try a local media player. Export does not recreate photo-library originals from compressed ordinary photos.
